Wapping Playgroup Halloween Party on 25th October

Wapping Playgroup invite parents with children aged up to 5 years to join them in costume at a Halloween Party from 10am to 11.45am on Friday 25th October at John Orwell Sports Centre in Tench Street.

Party food and drinks, face painting, a bouncy castle and lots of Halloween activities for the children will be on offer.

Entry costs just £3 per adult and £3 per child and children under six months go free. The entry fee includes all of the activities listed above, making it a Wapping bargain.

All money raised from the Halloween party will be used to support the running of Wapping Playgroup, who are a registered charity and in need of financial support to continue providing their valuable services to local children.

Raffle tickets at £1 each will be available to buy at the party (or in advance from the playgroup) and some of the fabulous prizes on offer include:

  • Afternoon tea for two at the Marriott Hotel
  • Dinner for two at Bottega restaurant
  • Breakfast for two at Cinnamon Cafe
  • £50 pamper voucher for Aurora Aromatica
  • Wine, chocolate and lots of other prizes

About Wapping Playgroup

The Wapping Playgroup are a registered charity and Ofsted approved with level 3 qualified staff. The playgroup operates Monday to Friday for £50 a week for children aged 2 – 5 years old and as a charity rely heavily on fundraising activities to run the playgroup.

Drop in  sessions are held each Friday alongside the playgroup, which allow local parents and carers to come with their children and join in with the playgroup. As well as giving children an opportunity to make friends, it’s a great opportunity for families who are thinking of joining the playgroup to find out more and help with fundraising.
